🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR processes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment & selection process.

• Handle onboarding & induction of new employees.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HRMS data.

• Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.

• Oversee payroll inputs, leaves, and monthly attendance reports.

• Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling.

• Handle disciplinary actions and performance management systems.

• Coordinate training & development programs.

• Prepare HR reports and support management in decision-making.

• Ensure smooth communication and address employee queries.
