Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing suitable candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews.
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit suitable candidates through various job portals and platforms.
Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and the hiring team.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support other HR and recruitment activities as required.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR or recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Good candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Self-motivated and well-organized.
Salary
Up to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
