Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our growing real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and HR policies, specifically tailored to the real estate domain.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end recruitment for site and office-based roles (sales, admin, engineers, etc.)
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and documentation of new hires
Handle employee engagement activities to promote a positive work environment
Maintain and update employee records and HRIS
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.)
Handle payroll coordination with finance/account teams
Resolve employee grievances and disputes professionally
Monitor attendance and leave records
Conduct regular performance reviews and support appraisal processes
Support HR audits and vendor management if required Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA HR preferred)
1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure sector
Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English and Hindi (Regional language is a plus)
