📍 Location: Tharamani, Chennai
💼 Experience: 3 to 6 Years
🕒 Work Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, team handling experience, and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the recruitment team effectively
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Assign targets and monitor team performance
Source and screen candidates through various channels
Coordinate interviews and follow-up processes
Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring managers
Ensure timely closures and quality hiring
Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics

Requirements

3 to 6 years of recruitment experience
Mandatory experience as a Team Lead / Team Handling
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience in handling recruitment targets
Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
