Role Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational development across all business verticals including IT services, hospitality, corporate sales, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Hire employees across IT, sales, marketing, operations, and support roles
Develop hiring strategies aligned with business growth
HR Operations and Administration
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Manage employee attendance, payroll coordination, and policies
Ensure compliance with HR regulations and labor laws
Employee Engagement and Performance Management
Manage employee performance review processes
Support employee development and retention initiatives
Maintain positive organizational culture
Organizational Development
Develop HR policies and systems
Support workforce planning and organizational growth
Implement employee training and development programs

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
MBA HR preferred
4–8 years of HR experience
Experience in multi-functional or service-based organization preferred
