HR Manager

We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team RStar Human Resource Pvt. Ltd. to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of 25000/- to 35000/- and growth opportunities.

• Strategic HR Planning:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's overall business goals. 

  • Provide data-driven insights to management to support decision-making. 

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Manage the entire recruitment and selection process to hire qualified employees. 

  • Streamline the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration for new hires. 

• Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Serve as a bridge between employees and management to address workplace issues. 

  • Develop and implement programs to foster employee engagement and motivation. 

  • Manage conflicts, conduct investigations, and handle disciplinary procedures. 

• Compensation & Benefits:

  • Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs. 

  • Conduct wage reviews and manage overall compensation structures. 

• Performance Management:

  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and conduct performance evaluations. 

  • Support employee development and motivation through effective performance management. 

• Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop and implement relevant training programs. 

  • Counsel and coach staff to enhance their skills and career growth. 

• Policy Development & Compliance:

  • Design, implement, and ensure adherence to company-wide policies and standards. 

  • Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and workplace safety standards. 

• Workplace Culture:

  • Champion and maintain a constructive and positive work environment. 

  • Develop initiatives to build a strong and positive workplace culture. 

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 to 5 Years. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 Days
