Role Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic HR & Operations Manager to manage small teams in Marketing, Sales, and Operations, ensuring smooth recruitment, training, daily reporting, and coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, onboarding & performance tracking.

• Lead & sales monitoring with the Sales Team.

• Marketing task follow-up & campaign tracking.

• Operations supervision: appointments, medicines, and patient support.

• Daily & weekly reporting to management.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of team management experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with marketing, sales, and operations processes.
