We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage daily HR operations and support recruitment, employee management, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment & interview coordination
• Maintain employee records & attendance
• Manage joining & exit formalities
• Payroll coordination & documentation
• Maintain HR registers & compliance records
• Employee engagement & support
• Handle leave & attendance management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (HR preferred)
• 1–3 years HR experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of payroll & labour compliance
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Familiar with HR software & MS Excel

Salary:

₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (based on experience)
