HR/Admin HR Manager

We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team at to manage the full-cycle recruitment and Statutory Compliance process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding

  · Post job openings on internal and external job boards.

  · Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.

  · Coordinate background checks and verify application documentation.

  · Conduct new hire orientations and prepare onboarding packets.

  HR Administration & Records

  · Maintain and update physical and digital employee records using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

  · Manage sensitive and confidential information with strict discretion.

  · Track employee attendance, leaves of absence, and PTO to assist with payroll processing.

  · Prepare and draft HR documents, including employment contracts and policy manuals.

  Employee Relations & Support

  · Serve as the frontline point of contact for employees, answering queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

  · Assist HR managers in the organization and execution of company events and training sessions.

  · Escalate complex employee grievances to the appropriate HR professional.

  Compliance

  · Ensure company practices comply with local labor laws and internal regulations.

  Assist in preparing for HR audits and assembling required compliance reports.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 7+ years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
