Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and maintain smooth onboarding process.
Oversee performance management and set KRA & KPA with help of management
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Listen & handles grievances and disputes, ensures HR compliances and promotes a positive workplace culture.
Training and Development - identifies skill gaps, organizes training programs, and monitors their effectiveness.
Identify and supports low performers through reviews, root cause analysis, and improvement plans.
Improves company structure, boosts efficiency, and enhances employee engagement and retention.
