Role Overview



The HR Manager will primarily focus on recruiting high-performing sales professionals for our real estate business in North Bangalore. This role covers talent sourcing, screening, onboarding, and employee support to ensure we maintain a motivated and result-oriented workforce.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement hiring strategies to recruit Sales Executives, Telecallers, and Business Development Professionals.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Conduct telephonic screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with management for final selection.

Manage onboarding and induction to align new hires with company culture and performance expectations.

Maintain a proactive database of potential sales candidates for future requirements.

Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.).

Support basic HR operations including employee engagement, attendance, and compliance tasks.

Requirements



Minimum 1 year of HR/Recruitment experience (real estate or sales hiring preferred).

Strong networking and sourcing skills with the ability to attract sales talent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a WFH setup.
