Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and performance management. This role plays a vital part in building a positive work culture and supporting the organization’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Facilitate onboarding, induction, and orientation processes.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
Serve as the point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Conduct stay and exit interviews and suggest improvements based on feedback.
3. Performance Management
Support managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
Maintain performance records and assist with appraisal processes.
Help implement performance improvement plans where necessary.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update HR records including attendance, leave, and payroll data.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
Prepare HR letters, maintain employee files, and ensure documentation accuracy.
Develop SOPs, KRAs, and KPIs for various departments.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training sessions.
Keep training records and assess training effectiveness.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of HR practices and Labor laws
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll tools)
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
8 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment
Salary: As per industry standards
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
