Position: HR Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Source, screen, interview, and hire suitable candidates.
Manage employee joining, onboarding, and documentation.
Handle employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment.
Monitor employee performance and support performance management processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee training and development activities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and other HR operations.
Address employee queries, concerns, and workplace issues.
Ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies and business objectives.
Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/MBA in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR/recruitment preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment and employee management
