🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
✅ Handle monthly payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and salary coordination.
✅ Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, and applicable labour laws.
✅ Manage employee onboarding, documentation, employee records, and exit formalities.
✅ Coordinate with project teams for manpower planning and construction-site hiring.
✅ Maintain HR reports, employee databases, and compliance documentation.
✅ Handle employee grievances, HR policies, and day-to-day HR operations.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
3–4 years of hands-on experience in HR.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure will be preferred.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
