Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented field HR manager to lead end-to-end HR operations for the frontline and blue-collar workforces across assigned locations. The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, compliance, retention initiatives, and workforce engagement while acting as a bridge between employees and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
Manage end-to-end recruitment for the blue-collar and frontline workforces.
Coordinate with operations teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans.
Drive bulk hiring initiatives to ensure timely manpower fulfillment.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels.
Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure achievement of hiring targets.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Ensure timely collection and verification of employee documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per company policies.
Support employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the primary HR contact for field employees and operations teams.
Address employee grievances and workplace concerns effectively.
Conduct employee engagement activities and retention programs.
Foster a positive work environment and improve employee satisfaction.
Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
Monitor attendance, leave management, and workforce deployment.
Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and compliance checks across locations.
Field HR Operations
Visit assigned sites regularly to support field operations and employees.
Ensure proper manpower deployment and workforce productivity.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational and employee-related issues.
Generate and analyse HR reports related to recruitment, attrition, attendance, and employee performance.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
An MBA/PGDM in human resources is an added advantage.
