Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with hospital goals and healthcare regulations
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinical and non-clinical staff Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare industry standards, and accreditation requirements
Maintain accurate HR records and reports, including attendance, training, and certifications Implement and update HR policies and procedures
Organize staff training and development programs to enhance skills and performance Support performance management and appraisal systems
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
