Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resource operations for our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, onboarding, performance management, and coordination with project teams, contractors, and skilled labour.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions including Managers, Supervisors, Architects, Interior Designers, and other project-related roles.
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, and recruitment platforms to ensure efficient talent acquisition.
Handle the complete hiring lifecycle including resume screening, interview coordination, offer letter issuance, salary discussions, and onboarding formalities.
Recruit and coordinate skilled labour, site staff, and contractors as per project and operational requirements.
Maintain employee attendance records, HR documentation, joining formalities, and employee databases.
Implement and monitor performance evaluation systems to support employee growth, productivity, and retention.
Conduct employee induction programs, onboarding sessions, training, and development initiatives.
Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate with management and department heads regarding manpower planning and workforce requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in Real Estate, Construction, Interior Design, or Developer Firms.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
Experience in handling labour and contractor management will be an added advantage.
