Job Title: HR Manager (Recruitment Specialist) Company: Syvo Digital Pvt Ltd Location: Punjabi Bagh West (currently); shifting to Gurugram soon Experience: 3–6 Years Salary: ₹6–11 LPA About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Manager specializing in recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate should be someone exceptionally good at hiring and capable of building strong teams to support our growing business needs. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding) • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies • Handle bulk and lateral hiring across multiple functions • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements • Manage job postings across portals and social platforms • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics • Coordinate and manage interview processes (virtual and in-person) Requirements: • 3–6 years of relevant HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment • Proven track record of strong hiring capabilities • Ability to manage multiple roles and hiring mandates • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Hands-on experience with job portals, sourcing techniques, and ATS • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Preferred Skills: • Experience in startups, e-commerce, or supply chain/logistics hiring • Strong negotiation and candidate engagement abilities What We Offer: • Competitive compensation (₹6–11 LPA) • High-growth work environment • Opportunity to work closely with leadership and scale teams
