Job PurposeTo manage and control all HR, IR, statutory compliance, administration, and employee welfare functions at the factory/plant location. Ensure smooth operations, legal compliance, and a productive, safe, and positive work environment.---2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Human Resources (HR)Manpower planning – staff, workers & contract labour.Recruitment & onboarding for factory roles.Maintaining employee personal files & HRIS data.Attendance & leave management (Biometric/Manual).Payroll inputs: attendance, overtime, LOP, new joiners, left employees.Performance Management System (PMS) implementation.Monthly HR reports to corporate HR/management.Handling employee grievance, counselling & discipline.---B. Industrial Relations (IR)Maintain harmonious relations between management & workers.Coordination with Labour Contractor / Union (if applicable).Handle worker issues, disputes & misconduct as per labour law.Ensure compliance with Standing Orders & disciplinary procedures.Conduct Domestic Enquiry (if required).---C.
