Role Overview:
We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented HR & Compliance Executive to manage payroll, statutory compliance, and government liaison activities. The ideal candidate will have a background in MSW or a related discipline and should be experienced in handling compliance processes within a manufacturing or export-oriented setup.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, gratuity, factory laws, and labour law obligations.
• Manage monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and timely disbursement.
• Act as a liaison with external agencies, consultants, and government departments for inspections, licenses, and documentation.
• Maintain updated and accurate HR and compliance records, assisting with internal and external audits.
• Support HR operations such as employee onboarding, grievance management, attendance, and policy implementation.
Candidate Requirements:
• Qualification: MSW (Master of Social Work) or equivalent postgraduate degree
• Experience: 2–4 years in HR, compliance, payroll, or liaison functions
• Good knowledge of labour laws, HR documentation, and statutory filing
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive processes with integrity
