We are looking for a highly motivated and organized HR Professional to oversee end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent people management abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting company growth.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
Resolve employee queries and foster a positive work environment.
Conduct training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
Support management in workforce planning and HR strategy.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Manage exit processes and conduct exit interviews.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR operations or recruitment (0–3+ years depending on role).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus.
