HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exit management

• Handle bulk and lateral hiring for sales, production, warehouse, and corporate roles

• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook

• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions

• Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws (PF, ESI, CLRA, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment)

• Drive performance management system (PMS) and appraisal cycles

• Oversee training & development initiatives and capability building

• Manage attendance, leave, and manpower planning

• Coordinate with plant/field teams for smooth HR operations

• Support leadership with HR MIS and reporting

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, Payrolls, Compliances

• Hands-on experience in labor law compliance

• Expertise in talent acquisition & manpower planning

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to handle high-volume workforce

• Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, and HR analytics
