We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team at Jobskafe Hr Solutions Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Blue-Collar Recruitment (Core Focus) • Independently source and hire large volumes of blue-collar workforce (warehouse associates, loaders, drivers, pickers, packers, etc.) • Leverage personal networks, local contacts, and grassroots channels across North India (e.g., UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam, etc.) • Conduct mass hiring drives, field recruitment campaigns, and community outreach programs • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements
2. Agency-Free Hiring Strategy • Develop and execute recruitment strategies that eliminate dependency on third-party manpower agencies • Create direct sourcing channels including referral programs, labor contractors (non-agency), and regional hiring networks • Optimize cost-per-hire and improve hiring turnaround time.
3. Onboarding & Mobilization • Manage end-to-end onboarding process including documentation, verification, and joining formalities • Coordinate relocation and mobilization of workers from North India to job locations • Ensure smooth assimilation of workers into operations with minimal attrition during initial stages • Support with accommodation for manpower as needed.
4. Payroll Processing & HR Operations • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for blue-collar workforce (attendance, wages, overtime, deductions, etc.) • Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement • Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, bonus, and other labor-related regulations • Coordinate with finance/accounts for payroll reconciliation and reporting • Maintain payroll records, payslips, and employee data accuracy
5. Stakeholder Coordination • Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning • Act as a bridge between management and workforce to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
6. Compliance & Documentation • Ensure all hiring complies with labor laws and statutory requirements • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and documentation.
7. Retention & Workforce Management • Implement initiatives to improve retention of blue-collar workforce • Address grievances and improve worker satisfaction • Monitor attrition trends and take corrective actions
Experience • 5–10 years of HR experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or 3PL companies • Proven track record of hiring blue-collar workforce at scale without agency supportkills & Competencies • Strong network across North India for sourcing labor (UP, Bihar,Orissa, West Bengal, Assam as well as local hiring etc.) • Expertise in mass hiring and field recruitment • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills • Ability to work in high-pressure, high-volume hiring environments • Strong problem-solving and execution capabilities Language Skills • Fluency in Hindi, Kannada and English is mandatory • Knowledge of Tamil and Telugu would be preferred Preferred Profile • Candidates with prior experience in logistics startups, e-commerce warehousing, or large distribution networks • Hands-on, street-smart, and highly resourceful individuals with strong grassroots connections • Willingness to travel across Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad and oversee manpower needs across the 3 states Compensation • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
