HR Hiring Manager – Blue Collar Workforce

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Delhi NCR

Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (WFH + Field Visits)

Salary & Benefits

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives + Annual Bonus

Job Role

Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for blue-collar roles
Source candidates via Apna, Indeed, JobX, WhatsApp, and referrals
Coordinate interviews with clients and manage feedback
Ensure candidate joining and manage dropouts/replacements
Achieve minimum 30+ joins per month

Requirements

Graduate (Any discipline)
3–5 years experience in bulk / blue-collar hiring
Experience in sourcing, vendor handling, and campus hiring
Local language proficiency is mandatory

Key Skills

Strong sourcing and follow-ups
Bulk hiring target management
Vendor and client coordination
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Additional Responsibilities

Drive employee referral programs
Coordinate with ITIs / Polytechnics for campus hiring
Maintain recruitment MIS and daily reports
