About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee human resources operations across multiple hospitality outlets in Bangalore. The role will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting outlet managers, and driving employee engagement initiatives across 3–4 hotel/restaurant locations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all outlets including front office, housekeeping, kitchen staff, service staff, supervisors, and corporate employees.
Coordinate with outlet managers to understand manpower requirements and fill positions within agreed timelines.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding activities.
Employee Relations
Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees across all outlets.
Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
Foster a positive work culture and maintain high employee engagement levels.
HR Operations
Manage employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Ensure smooth onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Performance Management
Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisal processes.
Work with outlet managers to identify training and development needs.
Support succession planning and employee growth initiatives.
Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, Shops & Establishments regulations, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain compliance records and support audits when required.
Training & Development
Organize induction programs for new hires.
Conduct and coordinate training programs related to customer service, workplace conduct, hygiene, and operational standards.
Monitor training effectiveness and employee development plans.
Multi-Outlet HR Management
Regularly visit and support 3–4 outlets across Bangalore.
Partner with outlet managers to ensure consistent HR practices across all locations.
Monitor staffing levels, employee productivity, absenteeism, and attrition trends.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, retail, or multi-location operations.
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
Experience handling large employee workforces across multiple locations.
