Ina Elite Hospitality Private Limited is a Bengaluru-based private company specializing in hospitality services, including hotel accommodations, event management, and catering. Established on March 30, 2005, the company is promoted by Mr. Neeraj Chhabra and family.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to strategically manage all HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role (typically 5+ years).
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in HR or related field.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
