Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and enhance our internal HR operations. The role involves managing core HR processes including recruitment, compliance, payroll, employee engagement, and performance management. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to leadership while fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Lead onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Supervise payroll processing and statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, etc.).
Implement and manage performance management systems.
Ensure adherence to all applicable labour laws and HR compliance standards.
Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Oversee employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
Collaborate with management on organizational planning and HR strategy.
Analyse HR data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Support training, development, and internal communication efforts.
Maintain and optimize HRMS and employee records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
4–7 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Manager role.
Strong working knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in MS Office.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
