Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR, Admin & Accounts Manager to oversee recruitment, office administration, and financial operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing day-to-day operations while maintaining accuracy in documentation and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
Maintain employee records and handle onboarding/offboarding documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
Administration:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management
Handle company communication, scheduling, and general office upkeep
Accounts:
Prepare and issue invoices to clients
Maintain and update records of total receivables and total payables
Track payments, follow up on outstanding dues, and manage petty cash
Assist with monthly expense reports and internal audits
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in HR, administration, and accounting roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software
Good communication and interpersonal skills
