An HR Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization. Their primary responsibilities would include:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
o Managing the entire hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding programs.
2. Employee Relations:
o Acting as a bridge between management and employees to address workplace concerns and resolve conflicts.
o Fostering a positive work environment that enhances employee engagement and satisfaction.
3. Performance Management:
o Implementing performance appraisal systems and setting clear evaluation metrics.
o Identifying training and development needs and coordinating relevant programs.
4. Policy Development and Compliance:
o Drafting and enforcing HR policies in line with labor laws and company objectives.
o Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, minimizing risks for the organization.
5. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
o Overseeing payroll processes and managing employee benefits programs.
o Addressing queries related to compensation, benefits, and leave policies.
6. Strategic HR Planning:
o Aligning HR strategies with the company’s long-term goals.
o Identifying opportunities for workforce optimization and succession planning.
CTC: 25000 to 30000 per month
