Job description:

We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated individual to join our growing team as a HR Executive Payroll Compliance

Payroll Management

• Collect and verify employee attendance, leave records, and working hours for accurate payroll processing.

• Should have good knowledge in Compliance

• Prepare and process monthly payroll within the defined timelines.

• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions (PF, ESI, etc.)

• Generate and distribute salary slips to employees.

• Maintain payroll data and employee records in HRMS or payroll software.

• Handle full and final settlements of resigned/terminated employees.

• Coordinate with the finance department for disbursement of salaries.

• Liaise with government departments during inspections or audits.

• Maintain statutory registers and records as per legal requirements.

• Stay updated with amendments in labor laws and implement necessary changes.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance

• Hands-on experience with HRMS or payroll software (e.g., Excel.)

• Good knowledge of Indian labor laws

• Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
