Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
Handle payroll preparation and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive work culture.
Organize training, development, and employee engagement activities.
Administration:
Oversee office administration, supplies, and vendor management.
Manage facility services including housekeeping, security, and office equipment.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees and management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and safety regulations.
Support management in day-to-day administrative and HR-related tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR & Admin roles (depending on level).
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ERP systems.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
