Full Time
1)Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, collections, customer support, credit, finance, and corporate functions.
2)Develop recruitment strategies to reduce hiring turnaround time.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
3)Build talent pipelines through job portals, employee referrals, consultancies, and campus hiring.
4)Ensure smooth joining formalities and induction programs.
5)Maintain employee documentation and personal records.
6)Conduct exit interviews and ensure proper clearance and final settlement.
7)Manage employee attendance, leave records, probation confirmations, and HR documentation.
8)Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, warning letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
9)Maintain HRMIS and employee database with complete accuracy.
10)Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational objectives.
11)Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
12)Handle disciplinary actions and maintain proper documentation. Effective HR management includes recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and aligning people practices with business objectives
