MANAGER (HR & ADMIN)
The candidate is required to manage all HR and ADMIN related activities in the organization with necessary qualification and minimum10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas construction field and experienced in Turnaround job.The job location will be in the corporate office at CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. He will be required to travel to various sites during major turn arounds at various locations and/0r during emergency/additional mobilization.Skills related to people management, statutory compliance w.r.t. HR activities effective communication and conflict resolutions are essential for the role.
Preference will be given to the candidate with experience in Maintenance/service Industry of Refineries/Petrochemicals.
The primary job Role will be as follows but not limited to:
· Build and sustain a motivated team for all functions in the organization.
· Recruitment and On boarding of permanent and temporary resources.
· Compliance to Labor Laws including PF, ESIC etc.
· Ensure compliance to pay roll process with timely wage sheet preparation , TDS filing etc. of all employees as per statutory requirement across various sites.
· Manage the gate entry, attendance of all sites and especially one time requirement of around2000+ employees during turnaround/shutdown related activities at various refineries, i.e.- HPCL, BPCL, MRPL, CPCL ,RELIANCE etc.pan India basis.
· Manage the employee’s transfer, local conveyance, Food arrangement and attendanceatall sites.
· Manage documentation related to HR compliance, gate pass process, entry permission etc in coordination with the client.
· Coordination with the sub-contractors for manpower arrangement & mobilization as per site requirement.
· Managing employee appraisal and compensations/benefits in consultation with management
· Grievance Handling and conflict resolution.
· Excellent computer skills especially with MS-Office, Excel.
· Maintain HR system and databases.
