Job Title: HR Manager
Location: IGI Airport, New Delhi
Experience Required: 6 to 8 Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations for a workforce of 300+ employees at IGI Airport. The role involves managing manpower, ensuring compliance with Central labor laws, maintaining strong industrial relations, and driving employee engagement to support efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations
Manage complete HR operations i
Handle 300+ employees
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR functioning aligned with business objectives
2. Industrial Relations (IR) & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Central labor laws, Factory Act, and statutory requirements
Handle inspections, audits, and liaison with government authorities
Maintain all statutory registers, records, and documentation
3. Payroll & Time Office
Oversee payroll
Manage attendance, overtime, and leave records
Ensure timely Full & Final settlements and exit formalities
Prepare and review HR MIS reports
Coordinate onboarding
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
4. Government Compliance (Central)
Ensure adherence to all applicable Central labor laws (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, etc.)
Coordinate with government bodies for compliance, returns, and inspections
7. Administration
Oversee general administration including vendor management, uniforms, ID cards, etc.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth functioning
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations & Central Labor Laws
Expertise in Statutory & Factory Compliance
Contract Labour Management
Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Qualifications:
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
Preferred Experience:
Exposure to handling 300+ workforce
Experience in dealing with government audits and inspections
