• Preferred Industry Background: Capital Goods, Generator Manufacturing, Gear Box Manufacturing,
Material Handling Equipment, Construction Equipment Machinery.
• Not Suitable From: Automobile Industry, Distance Education Background, Candidates from MDU.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment & Manpower Planning – Handle manpower planning, recruitment, interviews, joining
formalities, and vacancy management.
• Joining & Induction – Manage onboarding documentation, induction programs, employee codes, uniforms,
and PPE issuance.
• Attendance & Payroll Coordination – Monitor attendance, overtime, leave records, payroll coordination, and
wage compliance.
• Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws – Ensure compliance under Factory Act, PF, ESIC, Bonus, CLRA,
and statutory audits.
• Employee Relations & Grievance Handling – Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters,
counseling, and shop floor relations.
• Training & Development – Organize technical and behavioral training programs and maintain training
records.
• Performance Management – Support appraisals, probation confirmations, and increment recommendations.
• Employee Engagement Activities – Conduct welfare activities, celebrations, and employee engagement
initiatives.
• Health, Safety & Welfare – Coordinate with EHS team and ensure employee welfare facilities.
• Exit Management – Conduct exit interviews, F&F; coordination, and attrition analysis.
• HR Documentation & MIS – Maintain HR records, MIS reports, HRMS updates, and employee databases.
• Contractor & Labour Management – Handle contractor attendance, compliance, and labour coordination.
