About Scale IT OS
Scale IT OS is a new company being built from scratch, focused on developing an innovative SaaS product. We are currently building our core team and are looking for an HR Manager who can establish and manage our people operations from the beginning.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to take ownership of the complete HR function, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR policies, attendance, performance management and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Source, screen and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
Handle joining formalities, documentation and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance and leave management.
Develop and implement basic HR policies and processes.
Coordinate payroll and salary-related processes with management/accounts.
Conduct performance reviews and maintain performance records.
Handle employee concerns and support conflict resolution.
Improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring and manpower requirements.
Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.
Help build the company's HR structure as the organization grows.
