Job Title: HR Manager/Team Leader – Internal Operations

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage our internal recruitment team. This role involves overseeing recruitment operations, team management, training, and performance analysis to ensure that our recruitment goals are consistently met. You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Hire,and maintain a team of 15+ internal recruiters, fostering a productive and positive environment.
Training & Development:
Design and implement training programs to enhance recruiter skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to meet recruitment goals.
Performance Monitoring:
Analyze recruiter performance on a weekly basis, providing feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle:
Oversee the onboarding process, manage the entire employee lifecycle, and ensure smooth transitions during resignations, including the Full and Final Settlement (FNF) process.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute engagement activities to keep the team motivated, ensuring a high level of morale and retention.
Offer Letters & Compliance:
Generate and manage offer letters, ensuring legal and company policy compliance
