Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all HR operations and recruitment processes, contributing innovative ideas to optimize current business workflows.
2. Manage employee as per rules and regulations.
3. Maintain employee records, both digital and physical.
4. Make sure the salary structures are as per legal requirements.
5. Manage timely and accurate monthly deposits, filings, and returns for Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
6. Oversee registration renewals under the Shops & Establishments Act, Factories Act, or contract labor acts as applicable.
7. Make sure all the records are maintained as per Indian Standards.
8. Lead internal and external HR statutory audits, maintaining pristine documentation to ensure zero-penalty compliance.
9. Act as the primary point of contact for government labour inspectors and regulatory authorities during inspections.
10. POSH & Safety Compliance:
a. Serve as a key custodian of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act guidelines.
b. Formulate the Internal Committee (IC) and oversee the procedure and policies.
11. Full knowledge of Indian Labour Law compliance.
12. Hands on Experience on relevant government Portal for EPFO, ESIC, etc.
13. Manage ad-hoc HR procedures and compliance requirements as dictated by business needs.
14. Execute any other HR procedures or compliance requirements that arise from evolving business operations. Proactively research, master, and implement new compliance standards dictated by business operations.
Experience: Min 5 years
Education: Degree in Law or HR
