Location : Worli Naka, Mumbai
Salary : 3 to 5 Lacs
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies for hiring requirements
• Handle payroll coordination and maintain salary records
• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws
• Conduct employee engagement and retention activities
• Handle employee queries and grievance resolution
• Draft and communicate HR policies to employees
• Manage and oversee blue-collar workforce
• Monitor staff discipline and attendance regularly
• Support compliance and policy implementation
• Assist management with reports and operational updates
• Plan and execute monthly reward & recognition programs
• Visit outlet/workshop locations as required for HR operations and employee coordination.
Requirements:
• Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in HR
• Experience handling blue-collar employees is a must
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of payroll processes and labour laws
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
