We Are Hiring: HR Manager / HR VP

Company Name: Dcodetech Industrial Training Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Thane (near railway station)
Working Days: 6 days/week
Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience: managing 50+ employees
Industry: IT / Education / EdTech
Experience: 2- 3+ years of relevant as a (HR Manager / HR Generalist)
Salary Range: 40k -45k

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the IT and Education/EdTech sectors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in placement coordination, college outreach (seminars/workshops), and end-to-end HR operations, along with strong team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, engagement & retention

Handle placement coordination & corporate HR interactions

Conduct college seminars, workshops & career sessions

Lead and manage HR & placement teams

Ensure HR compliance, policies, and employee grievance handling are effectively managed, with strong knowledge of compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in IT & Education/EdTech industry (mandatory)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Proven experience managing 50+ employees

Exposure to placements, college coordination, and seminars

Solid understanding of HR operations & compliance

Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or Master’s degree in HR or related field
Experience in training institutes, colleges, or EdTech organizations will be an advantage
