HR Manager

HR Strategy & Operations

• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook

• Align HR strategy with organizational goals and growth plans

• Manage HR budgeting and workforce planning

2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Lead recruitment for corporate, technical, and leadership roles

• Design structured onboarding and induction programs

• Build employer branding and hiring frameworks

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Foster a positive work culture and high employee engagement

• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

• Drive engagement initiatives, performance culture, and retention plans

4. Performance Management & Learning

• Implement performance appraisal and KPI frameworks

• Identify training needs and manage L&D programs

• Support leadership development and succession planning

5. Compensation, Payroll & Compliance

• Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and benefits administration

• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, CLRA, Shops & Establishments, POSH)

• Coordinate audits and statutory inspections

6. HR Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and reports

• Track attrition, hiring metrics, productivity, and engagement scores

• Provide insights to leadership for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources

• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance

• Hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll, and Excel

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Profile

• Expertise in startup or high-growth environments

• Experience 10-12 yrs

• Ability to build HR systems from scratch
