Job Title: HR Manager – Real Estate

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, and compliance activities for our real estate organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hiring for real estate/construction roles and managing end-to-end HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, engineering, CRM, legal, and corporate roles
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives
Handle onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
Support payroll coordination and statutory compliance activities
Manage performance appraisal and employee development processes
Address employee grievances and ensure positive workplace culture
Coordinate training and development programs for employees
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
Work closely with department heads for manpower planning and organizational development
Prepare HR MIS reports and recruitment trackers
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or construction industry
Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations
Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR processes
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience hiring for real estate sales, projects, and corporate functions
Strong employee engagement and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
