Department: HR Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Coordination & Payments
• Coordinate with vendors regarding payments and resolve any issues.
• Handle vendor communication for RNR (Rewards & Recognition) activities.
• Manage vendor-related concerns for HR policies and documentation.
2. Policy Management & Renewal
• Handle company policy renewals on time.
• Draft, update, and implement HR policies as required.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies across all departments.
3. Government Compliance & Office Visits
• Visit PF office for PF-related matters and follow-ups.
• Visit PT office for Professional Tax-related work.
• Ensure statutory compliance and maintain proper records.
4. Department Handling
• Coordinate and support all departments for HR-related activities.
• Handle employee concerns and maintain workplace discipline.
• Ensure smooth HR operations across the organization.
5 . Recruitment & HR Documentation
• Conduct interviews and close open positions within timelines.
• Issue offer letters and complete joining formalities.
• Prepare warning letters and handle disciplinary actions when required.
6. Client & Employee Coordination
• Attend client meetings when required.
• Provide sessions and guidance to employees working at vendor/client locations.
• Give senior-level briefing on POSH and company policies to employees deployed at client or vendor sites.
• Ensure employees understand company rules, compliance, and workplace conduct.
