Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for developing and implementing the organization's HR strategy.
Overseeing all HR functions, and advising the executive team on HR matters.

Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle (End-to-End Recruitment) including vendors & HR team.
Sourcing of resumes through headhunting / portal/references/database.
Job posting like (Naukri) screening of resume and short-listing candidates as per the job description of various positions like junior to senior level.
Screening and short listing of candidates as per requirements. Conducting initial rounds of interview From Mid-level to Senior-level.
Keeps job descriptions up-to-date.
Lead and manage all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, talent management, Salary negotiation, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Manage escalation & employee grievances.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources.
Good sourcing skills on Naukri
Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of compensation strategy, and talent acquisition.
