Job Summary

Be Branded Productions is looking for a proactive and experienced Female HR Manager to oversee recruitment, team coordination, project tracking, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing workflows and be able to coordinate effectively with different teams while keeping senior management updated.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.

• Track team tasks, project progress, and ensure timely execution.

• Coordinate with different departments to monitor ongoing client projects.

• Handle client onboarding and internal project handovers after deal closure.

• Maintain regular reports on team performance, project status, and operational updates for senior management.

• Ensure smooth communication and workflow across the organization.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.

• 2+ years of experience in HR, Operations, or Team Management.

• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, etc.).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience in recruitment, team coordination, and project management.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools is preferred.
