We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our consultancy recruitment operations. The role involves managing client relationships, overseeing recruitment consultants, ensuring team productivity, and achieving monthly revenue and placement targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent client-handling capabilities, and a proven track record in meeting recruitment KPIs and numbers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
Conduct regular client meetings for feedback and business expansion.
Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiate terms of business and close commercial agreements.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment consultants.
Allocate requirements effectively among consultants.
Monitor individual and team performance metrics.
Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
Drive motivation and maintain high team morale.
Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly revenue and placement targets.
Track KPIs such as:
CV submissions
Interviews scheduled
Offers rolled out
Closures
Revenue per consultant
Improve conversion ratios across the recruitment cycle.
Implement strategies to increase productivity and billing numbers.
Identify opportunities for new client acquisition.
Support in pitching and onboarding new clients.
Cross-sell services to existing clients.
Maintain accurate MIS reports and performance dashboards.
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation.
Optimize recruitment workflows for better efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
4+ years of experience in recruitment preferably in consultancy.
Minimum 1+ years of team handling experience.
Strong client-handling and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
Experience in IT / Non-IT / BFSI / Healthcare / Manufacturing recruitment (as applicable).
