Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile and proactive HR & Office Operations Executive to serve as the backbone of our office.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle—finding and hiring the best talent—while simulta
neously managing daily office operations and providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate is a
"jack-of-all-trades" who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a "can-do" attitude.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
End-to-End Hiring: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including drafting job descriptions, posting ads on portals
(Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), and sourcing candidates.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial resume screening and HR interview rounds to assess cultural fit.
Offer & Onboarding: Coordinate final interview rounds, manage salary negotiations, issue offer letters, and lead the
orientation process for new hires.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for future organizational needs.
2. Office & Facility Management
Facility Oversight: Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained; manage daily operations of the front
desk and pantry.
Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for office vendors (AMC, stationery, cleaning, electricity, etc.)
and oversee contract renewals.
Safety & Security: Ensure a safe and secure work environment, including coordinating fire safety or health protocols if
necessary.
Supply Management: Monitor and order office supplies, groceries, and equipment to prevent shortages.
3. HR Administration & Compliance
Employee Lifecycle: Manage documentation for the entire employee lifecycle, from joining formalities to exit clearanc
es and final settlements.
Database Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical personnel records, including leave and attendance
tracking.
Payroll Support: Prepare monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, deductions) and coordinate with the finance
team for timely salary disbursement.
Policy & Compliance: Ensure all HR practices align with company policies and Indian labor laws (PF, ESIC, etc.).
4. General Administration
Meetings & Events: Organize office events, Fun Fridays, and team-building activities to boost morale.
Travel Coordination: Manage travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport) for senior management or visiting stakehold
ers.
Documentation: Handle general correspondence, file management, and preparation of internal reports/presentations.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2 - 6 + years of proven experience in HR Generalist and Office Administration roles.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint) and experience with HRMS/ATS tools.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with stakehold
ers at all levels.
