4 to 5 years of proven experience in HR and banking-related roles.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to travel both locally and outstation as per business needs.  Capable of handling bank interactions and coordinating with external dealers.  Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.  Proficiency in MS Office, HR documentation, HR tools is an advantage.  Oversee day-to-day operations of the bank branch and ensure smooth service delivery.  Maintain strong client relationships and resolve escalated customer issues.
