Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, performance, and exit processes.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Design and implement performance management systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
Lead learning & development initiatives and training programs.
Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and analytics.
Supervise and mentor HR team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5–10 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with HR software/HRMS systems.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
