Ensure implementation and compliance with POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) policies
Handle employee grievances and ensure timely and fair resolution
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
Maintain employee records, attendance, and coordinate payroll processes
Manage employee relations and maintain a positive work environment
Conduct performance appraisal and review processes
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
Coordinate training and development programs
Act as a point of contact between management and employees
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field MBA
Strong knowledge of:
POSH Policy & Compliance
Grievance Handling
Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Experience in hospital/healthcare setup preferred
